Quality of Streams
Your viewing experience may vary depending on your network access and device capabilities. Factors affecting the quality of streams include your location, internet capacity, the number of devices connected to your network, the content you select, and your device configuration. SurfIPTV does not guarantee the quality of content and reserves the right to permanently suspend or ban devices for subscription sharing.
Non-Refundable Subscriptions
All subscriptions purchased and credits used are final and non-refundable.
VPN or Proxy Usage
You are permitted to use a VPN or proxy server when connecting to our servers.
Accuracy of Information
You must ensure that all data submitted to our database is accurate and up-to-date. Please keep your passwords secure. SurfIPTV will never ask you to disclose your password. You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account.
Compatibility
To access our services, you must use devices that meet the system and compatibility requirements specified in our help center.
Internet Service & Data Usage
You are responsible for any internet service costs incurred to access our services.
Sharing a Subscription
Sharing a subscription is not allowed. You may only have one active stream at any given time. To stream on multiple devices simultaneously, you must purchase additional subscriptions.

Suspension & Downtime
You acknowledge that your access to and use of the Service may be suspended during periods of unscheduled downtime or unavailability for any reason. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service without notice or liability if SurfIPTV determines, in its sole discretion, that you have breached these Terms or violated any law, rule, or regulation.
