Refund Policy Guidelines:
- Technical Support Priority: We prioritize resolving any technical issues you encounter. Should you face unresolved technical difficulties after 48 hours, we will proceed with processing your refund promptly.
- Timely Refund Requests: Refund requests must be submitted within 72 hours of your purchase to be eligible. Requests received after this period will not qualify for refunds.
- Efficient Refund Processing: Refunds are typically processed within 20 to 31 working days, with a maximum processing period of 90 days in exceptional cases. Please note that the processing timeframe is subject to the policies of the payment processor and not surfIPTV.
- Partial Refunds Consideration: Should you request a refund after the 72-hour window but within your subscription period, we will calculate a partial refund based on the portion of the service utilized.
Situations Excluded from Refund Eligibility:
– Technical Setup Challenges: While we are committed to assisting you in overcoming any technical setup challenges, refunds cannot be issued for difficulties in configuring your system or device.
– Intermittent Service Disruptions: Occasional interruptions or downtime may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as internet instability or temporary server issues. Such instances, while regrettable, do not qualify for refunds.
– Change of Preference: Deciding to withdraw or switch from our services for personal reasons does not meet the criteria for a refund.
Our Assurance for Major Disruptions:
In the event of a significant service disruption lasting more than 48 hours, we not only pledge to issue a full refund but also extend your subscription for the duration of the outage, along with a bonus as a gesture of apology for any inconvenience caused.
